The Self-Assessment Index - c report summarizes the welfare recipients
self-report history, explains what attained scale scores mean, and offers
score-related recommendations.
Within two minutes of test data entry,
automated (computer scored) 3-page reports are printed on-site. These
reports summarize a lot of information in an easily understood format.
For example, reports include an SAI profile (graph), which summarizes scale
scores at a glance. Also included are attained scale scores, an
explanation of what each scale score means and specific score related
recommendations. In addition, significant items (direct admissions) are
highlighted, and answers to a built-in interview (last sequence of
questions) are presented. Emphasis is placed on having meaningful
reports that are helpful and easily understood.
The Self-Assessment Index-c is unique in that it was
designed specifically for work readiness assessment. The intent is to
identify barriers to employment so that there problematic issues can be
addressed and
resolved.
